A Note on This Beer

Did you know raspberries belong to the same family of plants as roses? It’s true!

So, next time you’re thinking of sending that special someone a dozen roses, you can send them a crate of today’s Raspberry Sour Ale instead.

Trust me, no one will be upset when they receive this tart, refreshing, berry-packed sipper instead of some useless flowers! The ruby-hued pour is just as beautiful as any rose, and it smells at least as delicious.

Besides, you can’t drink a flower, but you can sip this delightfully bright and breezy quencher all day long!

The brewers at Pennsylvania’s Winding Path — the newly re-named brewing arm of Wyndridge Farms — made it so crisp and crushable, you’ll want to slug back can after can. And with the sessionable ABV, you’re welcome to.

If someone you know has a special event coming up — like a birthday, an anniversary, or a Tuesday — forgo the traditional flowers and send them a bouquet of Raspberry Sour instead. Especially if the person is YOU!

Because, you deserve to get the gift you REALLY want. The gift of beer!

Raspberry Sour Ale is the first Sour from Winding Path ever featured on Tavour!

Crisp. Clean. I would say a good "intro to sours" for your friends

The sour flavor and the raspberry was mixed into this ale so well, it was perfect, it had a nice sour after taste with a hint of the raspberry, has a beautiful color as well. Beautiful aroma.

A good way to dip your toes into sours. Not bad, just wish the raspberry was more prominent.

Big berry nose with some nice yeasty funk. Tart, deep, dry raspberry flavor with an even deeper, darker finish. I would’ve liked a little more brightness, but I’m still glad I bought a couple of cans.

Not the most puckery sour out there, but very tasty and sessionable.
