About This Beer
For their Brett IPA, Source Brewing wanted to explore the enticing flavors created by combining the funk of mixed culture fermentation and current-day hopping methods.
The Jersey crew brewed Reclaimed with locally grown and sourced ingredients — filtered aquifer well water, malted grains, and wild yeast. They 100% fermented the brew on that wild Brett and dry hopped it with ultra potent Citra Cryo Hops.
Tasting Notes
Every sip courses with farmhouse and Citra tang, lemon pith, and lush notes of sweet-tart peaches, drippy pineapples, and succulent tangerines. Each refreshingly dry, effervescent finish encourages another taste.

Great Brett funk, tart and effervescent of course, but also lightly dry and sweet. Hints of herbal citrusy up front, followed by a hint of resin as it settles. Deliciously unique combo of styles.
