The brewers at Bottle Logic teamed up with their pals at Mostra Coffee for this peppy Imperial Stout, resting the brew on heaps of the roaster’s Kenya Ichamama and Philippine Heritage beans.
Tasting Notes
The coffee should add layers of roasty chocolate notes, as well as hints of fruity red currant and a subtle earthy, woodiness. We expect those flavors to play beautifully with the nuances of burnt sugar, spicy rye, and sweet molasses nuances in the base brew.
