To craft this stunner, the Chicagoland crew started with a rich malty base brimming with toffee tones. Then they balanced the sweetness with a floral hop character.
Tasting Notes
Citrus and wildflower aromas waft out of every mahogany hued pour with hints of pine resin just underneath. On the sip, ripe cherry, golden caramel, and orange peel flow into grapefruit pith, spruce, and delicate spice. And unlike your average Red, a warming 9.3% ABV swims throughout.
