About This Beer
When the crew at Garagiste searched far and wide for the ideal ingredients to flavor Red Totality.
They took their sumptuous honey-wine base, and added red currants from Poland, blueberries from Canada, and a variety of blackberries from both Serbia and Mexico. Then they aged the batch in French oak, balancing the tangy, fruity flavors with tannic notes.
Tasting Notes
Every sip overflows with bold berry flavors and tart red currant, with subtle nuances of plum and cherry floating across the back end. And it all leads to a sweet, mouth-coating finish, like a decadent dessert.
