About This Beer
Bottle Logic’s coffee connoisseurs were led by their supervising brewer Bryan Barron, who is also a specialty coffee roaster. The crew started with a roasty Imperial Stout base brewed with rye and molasses. After aging it in bourbon barrels, they conditioned the brew on El Salvador - Las Lomas coffee beans from Black Ring — Bryan’s roastery.
Tasting Notes
You can expect each inky swig to swell with rich espresso and dark chocolate notes. Hints of oaky vanilla, walnut, and raisin ought to bolster the mocha tones, with waves of spicy rye to finish it off.
