About This Beer
“A smaller, scrappier, wilder version of Las Vegas. If Vegas was Kim Kardashian, Reno would be Snookie.” — a college buddy of mine.
He was raised in Reno, and if you’ve ever been yourself, you’re probably already nodding your noggin in agreement. The brewers at Revision get it too — they pummeled Reno as Fuck IPA with Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra Hops to express their city’s wild spirit in the juiciest way possible!
Tasting Notes
Every unfiltered sip explodes with lemony citrus, followed swiftly by flavors of tangerine and grapefruit. The middle is where it really gets real dank and dirty — ripe, gushing mango floods into resinous pine and earthy lemongrass. It’s beautifully complex, finishing with a final whisper of stone fruit.

Amazing color, aroma, and tastes. It lives up to the name and is highly recommended!

Good, very drinkable beer despite it's ABV. For me it doesn't have either a bold hop or citrus note hence the 3.5 stars.

Citrus and tropical flavors standout with some earthy tones. Good IPA.

Best IPA I’ve had so far. Nice and smooth, not overly bitter, and is very refreshing

Funky yeah!

Big hoppy nose; dank/earthy & floral. Pours hazy, light-golden hue w/ robust head. Mouthfeel is clean, smooth. Wonderful hop profile of citrusy grapefruit & orange accompanied by subtle pine & lemongrass. Big hoppy brew @8.4ABV, but still easy to enjoy.

I don’t know what it means to be “Reno as Fuck,” but this beer must be it.

Very nice citrusy IPA

Smooth as F*%#! Great beer and seems initially like it would be a little too heavy and boozy but good balance and just enough tropical fruit to balance out the ABV.

Delicious and hoppy and sweet

Delish as F*ck! And at 8.4% it gets you where you want to be very quickly.

hands down one of the best beers I’ve ever had. I’ve probably had at least 30 of their beers so far. your missing out if you don’t get this.

Great Imperial. Revision always seems to find the way to get the most flavor out of their beers. Reno as F@$k is a good mix of hops that hides the 8.4% well. No big alcohol taste on a beer that will leave you feeling great. Just don’t have the van out in front of young children!

solid beer, nothing very special about it. Definitely a porch beer in the summer.

a little too strong and cloying for me

Like the city it’s from, this brew is rough. First sip was actually Smokey which was interesting… subsequent sips had a watery texture and bitter finish. I think anyone that has been to Reno has had a bitter finish actually…

tastes just like I think Reno would taste like

Balanced DIPA. Not too sweet, with grassy bitterness in addition to the citrus fruit. Crushable and enjoyable.
