About This Beer
For this Hazy, the NY legends at Evil Twin teamed up with The Dead Rabbit Cocktail Bar. The duo double dry hopped the fluffy base exclusively with New Zealand hops. Then they conditioned it on elderflower adding almost subtly sweet, almost pear-like flavor to the brew.
Tasting Notes
Succulent citrus and bright white grape nuances course through every pillowy sip with swirls of sage and berry-kissed botanicals. Luscious lychee follows before an earthy, dry finish reminiscent of a white wine.
