Dank and sticky, just how it should be! Tropical, sure; citrusy, of course. But this has that piney, earthy, gift-of-Gaia funk that only the best IPAs can offer. I want to taste the chlorophyll in my hops and the musty microbial waste from the tank. A beer should taste like beer, no matter how innovative or trendy it might be. It’s not a smoothie. No, it’s not a milkshake either. It’s an IPA, and it’s another home run by Anchorage.

Wow. I had hoped that the cool can wouldn’t be hiding a crappy beer. It wasn’t. This is a delicious, hoppy, DIPA, with notes of orange and tangerine. Poured with a lovely head, and a clean mouthfeel that isn’t too heavy, but gives weight to what you are drinking. The finish is smoooth and doesn’t deteriorate to bitterness, but keeps the well balanced flavor lingering to the end. Fantastic. Wish I’d ordered more!

Delicious. Looking for a slightly better finish. All in all, a really nice flavor. Strong fruity flavor at first, trails off to a slightly bitter finish that asks for more sweetness. Having my second today and I def missed something first time around. This is really good and I’ve improved my rating up to 4.5 - def sweet enough and great flavor throughout.

Delicious ipa that balances sweet malts and sweet hops with minimal bitterness. It's savory, like mango and also passionfruit. There's some herbal/earthiness that keeps it from getting too tropical. Chewy and another great Anchorage beer.
