For this year's batch, the crew aged the decadent dram 100% in George Dickel 14 year bourbon barrels, imparting breathtaking notes of oaky-vanilla.
Tasting Notes
Rich chocolate nuances dance on top of a roasty malty backbone, melding with ribbons of caramel and crème brûlée. Hints of whiskey and barrel character linger on the palate long after the finish, made so opulent and creamy with a measured dose of milk sugar. All the while, it’s hiding a bold 12.6% ABV.
