A Note on This Beer
Rio Lento means ‘slow river’ in Spanish. It’s the sort of brew you’d kick back with on an inner tube as you watch the trees drift by.
At least that’s how I feel with a can of this Mexican Lager in hand. The brewers at 4 Noses added a touch of salt and a squeeze of real lime, so it tastes like a refreshing beer-garita! Just the thing for a leisurely float — or a long afternoon lounging around.
Either way, the light, crisp, chuggable body and splash of lime will keep you plenty relaxed.
‘Relaxed’ is exactly how I felt when I first tried this stuff — I knew 4 Noses would knock it out of the park before I ever took a sip! After all, when the Beer Travel Guide paid this crew a visit, they decided you “can’t go wrong ordering just about anything.”
If you’ve been on Tavour for a while, you may have tried a 4 Noses Stout or IPA. Now you can find out for yourself what Colorado craft fans already know: they do Lagers just as well as they do everything else!
