About This Beer
To make this luscious sipper, the Hidden Ale Works crew loaded up a tangy base with blackberry, lime, and vanilla to wrap it up in mouth-watering fruit tart vibes. Meanwhile, a dose of creamy milk sugar swaddles all those flavors in a silky smooth mouthfeel.
Tasting Notes
The sip starts out bright and tart, with bramble berry and tropical citrus notes surging onto the palate. Ribbons of vanilla balance things out with a rich sweetness, leading to a refreshing finish.

Hidden Springs does it again! You can taste
all the flavors individually and that’s pretty hard to achieve.

Beautiful combination of sour and bitter with a slice of sweetness. Initial taste of Lime pucker, followed up by blackberry and a minute hint of vanilla at the lips. Well made beer.

Poured into a glass, looks like Kool Aid. Lime really shines through. Vanilla/milk sugar appears in the middle and the beer has a dry finish. Super tart. Good effort.
