About This Beer
To make it, the decorated pFriem crew started with an Imperial Porter crafted from a blend of seven different specialty malts. They aged it for 10 months in Caribbean rum barrels, then conditioned it on toasted coconut for an extra dash of colada flavor.
Tasting Notes
Each smooth swig is like a taste of a dark chocolate truffle filled with boozy caramel. The nutty tropical flakes add a creamy toastiness bolstered by oaky vanilla. Throw in a warming finish and this medium-bodied brew is irresistible!

Pours a nice dense head which reduces to an overall lace. The mouthfeel is thin as expected, but the richness of flavor from the adjuncts creates a very satisfying beer.
