About This Beer
The Ecliptic crew crafted this American-style beer with loads of Columbus, Chinook, and Simcoe Hops for boldly resinous notes blending and contrasting with the caramelly malt base. The brewers then aged the Barleywine for a whole year in 503 Distilling rye barrels.
Tasting Notes
Resinous notes of spiced citrus and dark pine lead each sip. Malt carries underneath, wrapping the deep wood flavors in treacly caramel and gooey dates. A year in rye barrels imparts oaky char, vanilla whiskey, and rye spice.
