About This Beer
The brew undergoes a rustic, primary fermentation in custom-made open oak barrels before it’s transferred to new barrels for aging and flavor development.
The resulting Saison is tart, dry, citrusy, effervescent, and oh-so-worth sharing. Pop your bottle right away to celebrate the onset of fall — or add it to your cellar and save it to show off to your friends!

Lightly tart and fruity, a perfect balance of woody oak and white grape, raisin and lemongrass. Always amazing, Casey improves on the new standard every time.
