About This Beer
To create it, the brewers crafted a base with plenty of white wheat, for a soft-yet-crisp mouthfeel. They fermented it to dryness with their house mixed culture, and aged it in oak for several months before bottle conditioning the brew to give it a sparkling effervescence.
Tasting Notes
Look for just a slight tang, accentuating aromas of late summer grasslands and fresh lemon. Nuances of oak and white wine should ripple through the finish along with a subtle twinge of funky complexity and a whisper of minerality.
