Side Project Brewing brings out the prime aspects of a Saison in their Saison du Blé (Blend no. 10): a gentleness from the wheat and a bright zing from natural fermentation. 

Subtlety is this brew’s speciality. It boasts delicate notes of stone fruit, apple, and honey. The carbonation provides a buoyant mouthfeel, while the local wild yeasts create notes of lemon acidity and hay-like funk. 

The brewers aged this golden-hued Ale in Missouri oak barrels, adding musty, woodsy tinges, before they conditioned it naturally in the bottle.
