Dry-hopping magnifies this Saison’s qualities to high definition, and each year Dupont releases a coveted version of their signature ale using a different hop. This year’s vintage was dry-hopped with Brewer’s Gold Hops, introducing notes of blackcurrant and amplified hoppy-spice.

Hazy gold in color with a fluffy white head, the aroma of this Saison whispers of grass, wildflowers, and soft lemon zest. The citrus continues into the taste, with hints of lemon peel bitter, offset by a hint of sweet hay. Fruity hints from Brewer’s Gold Hops carry through into an elegant bitterness with a sprinkle of fresh ground pepper courtesy of famed Dupont yeast.
