A Note on This Beer
Clint Wadsworth of Misbeehavin’ Meads didn’t want to send just any Mead to Tavour. He wanted to send “the biggest, baddest” dessert-inspired Mead around!
So, Clint and his award-winning* team set to work to craft a special batch of their local Indiana favorite, Same Old Jam - Raspberry, Marshmallow & Coconut, just for Tavour. The Fruited Mead steps away from tradition with real amounts of the title flavors, plus a dose of satiny lactose.
Misbeehavin’ channeled the taste of a Hostess Raspberry Zinger Cake for this “Pastry Mead,” working in even more luscious flavors of raspberry cheesecake and coconut ganache. The result is daringly-decadent: each sip swirls with coconut-topped berries ‘n cream flavors and a delightful honeyed sweetness.
