Tasting Notes
Each new vintage of this deeply complex Barleywine takes tasters on a sleigh ride through flavors of oaky vanilla, festive fig, and candied date. Vinous nuances from the port barrels jingle beside hints of whiskey caramel and slightly spicy rye. Let a sip linger on the tongue, and you may detect hints of coffee, toffee, and sugarplums.
