If you want to feel like royalty on your day off, look no further. Today, Cycle Brewing has you covered with a 4.60 Untappd-rated Stout that was hiding away for just the right moment — the weekend. 

The Florida crew took their massively popular Scooop Neapolitan Ice Cream Stout (made with real chocolate, strawberries, and vanilla beans) , bourbon-barreled it, and sprinkled some coconut right on top!

Cycle needs no introduction to Stout fans: this is one of Thrillist’s best breweries in Florida, and a member of Gear Patrol’s Top 25 breweries in America, known for their barrel aged, adjunct-rich beers. Founder and head brewer Doug Dorzak leans into the brewery’s reputation: “Nowadays, everyone is looking for that one special bottle of a big, sweet beer. We’re here to provide that, no matter what.”

And, Saturday’s sweet tooth may be the most special of all! Massive amounts of coconut on the nose give way to a fruity blend on the palate from the three ice cream flavor blends. Oak and bourbon linger on the palate, making this a decadent dessert fit for the best day of the week.
