About This Beer
For this year’s Saturday, the Florida crew started with their 4.47 UT-rated DBR double barrel aged imperial Stout, and let it mature for 18 months in a blend of specialty barrels.
Tasting Notes
Decadent notes of dark chocolate and caramel instantly melt away any of the stress left over from the work week, while impeccable dark fruit undertones conjure hints of fig and raisin. All that time in oak pays off, creating a beautiful interplay between vanilla, wood char, and top-shelf whiskey on the thick finish.
