The Tripping Animals crew started with chocolatey base before aging it a whopping 25 months in Bakers 7 bourbon barrels AND 22 months in cherry brandy barrels. Then they accented that deep, barrel richness with dried cherry, toasted coconut, cacao nibs, and vanilla beans.
