Kings County Brewers Collective didn’t just want a participation sticker when they created their new Gose. 

They’ve had a taste for glory ever since Thrillist named them the Best Brewery in New York! And, with that reputation to uphold, they wanted their Science Fair Project to truly shine.  

• The experiment: They used traditional Pilsner Malts, then added dragonfruit, tangerine, and pineapple to amp up the flavors more than any potato battery ever could.

• The result: A Gose with a twist! Juicy, tropical flavors from the fruit blend smoothly with the traditional lemon tartness of this Sour Ale style. The bright red color adds a bit of showmanship, but what really makes people ‘ooh’ and ‘ahh’ is the deliciously unexpected taste. 

So, grab a can or two of Science Fair Project and conduct your own experiment. How many minutes can it last in your fridge before you give in and crack it open?
