Listermann Brewing knew they struck Dark Beer gold when they joined forces with the Stout masters at Bottle Logic.

But, little did both breweries know that their 11.6% ABV peanut butter and raspberry jelly project would beat out 96 other killer beers to win Gold at the Great American Beer Festival!

This is amazing!! The raspberries on the nose are perfect. Raspberries and peanut butter subtle float in the flavor mix. I really liked this. Can I give it 10 stars?

Not for everyone! But it sure does check the boxes for what it was trying to be. It's straight up like eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. 100% on the mark. Grab a friend and drink slowly as it warms. It's pretty sweet and I don't think I could drink the entire thing.

PB is overdone but make it interesting with some jam and I'm listening again - thank you! This is a great example of what a flavored stout is supposed to be and Bottle Logic does flavor so well.

Of the handful of chocolate, deep, rich stouts I received from Tavour, this was one of my favorites so far. Like the best ones, it offers the taste of sweeter things without actually tasting all that sweet. There is the hint of peanut butter, but more on the salty side. The berry comes out on the way down, leaving you with a lingering sense of a PB&J without the sugary, sticky mouth feel. Here you just get that rich and smooth imperial stout flavor with a hefty ABV, yet none of the remnant spiky, boozy feeling that other high-alcohol stouts often leave me with.

Started off pretty good but by the third sip just tasted the typical fake pb flavor I’ve had in other pb beers the berry faded completely away for me.
