Today’s Tavour exclusive White Chocolate Mocha Discrepancies is no exception to the “savor slowly” rule. To make it, the brewers fused bushels of plush raspberries, dollops of peanut butter, and ribbons of white chocolate into their belly-warming 14% Imperial Stout base.

Then, they upped the ante with a sprinkling of roasty mocha and a swirl of lush lactose! The velvety results have all the opulence of a peanut butter fudge truffle drizzled with white chocolate. A brightening fruitiness from the juicy berries balances out each lavish sip, until a bit of dark roast coffee shines through on the finish.

Try it with that box of specialty chocolate you’ve been saving, or snag a couple tasting glasses and open it up on the back porch after dinner! Whatever you do, just be sure you fully absorb each and every sip of this treasure.

Very good stout. The peanut butter comes through much better as it gets closer to cellar Temps. Raspberry comes in on the back end. Chocolate is slight throughout.

listermann always offers solid brews.. but they always seem very light vs what I would expect. they definitely have to breathe after opening. the flavors open up after about fifteen minutes of opening.

wow! you can Taste the peanut butter, raspberry with just a little hint of White chocolate flavor. It’s really smooth and creamy, it’s a good drink. It will go good….. on a dessert.

This was one of the most mind blowing stouts I’ve ever had. The mouth feel was very similar to a cold brew coffee with heavy cream. Up front it was a heavy hit of peanut butter, then an unbelievable raspberry finish. As for it being 14%…. your mouth will call your eyes a liar.
