About This Beer
I’m all for classic styles, but to quote the slept-on cinematic masterpiece, The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, “if you ain’t outta control, you ain’t in control.”
Like brewing a traditional Kölsch with new German hops just for the sake of beer science!
For Sea Thrift, the Moonraker crew started with a tried and true base of Bohemian floor malted barley and ingredients sourced from Germany. They dry hopped the brew with established Czech Saaz and, in an inspired twist, Mandarina Bavaria for vibrant surges of citrus!
Tasting Notes
Nuances of biscuit and spice lead each sip before drifting into luscious mandarin and lemon. A kiss of white wine surges on the finish.

Wasn’t what I expected, disappointed with the pop of foam directly upon opening the can. Tasted a little green, could have used a little more finishing.

very easy to drink. light, crisp. it's not anything crazy or all over the place with flavor but I think that helps it. it's just a nice beer.
