About This Beer
To craft Secret Dumpling Spot, the clever innovators at Destination Unknown started with a silky, semi-sweet Japanese Rice Lager. Then, they paired it with vibrant oolong, enhancing the brew's natural herbal and floral notes.
Tasting Notes
Every pour opens like a bouquet, perfuming the air with botanicals and earthy tea. The taste follows, with crackly bread and honey accents punctuated with vivacious fruit notes — lemon citrus and dried berries. Each tantalizing sip tickles the tongue until a satisfyingly crisp finish.

pretty good for a lager. normal wheat taste with a good hint of the tea in the back end. I would get more of these things for sure.

It was a good lager, but the tea was weak.

I feel like lagers are generally underappreciated and underrated. Especially since they seriously take more time and skill to brew well. Come on craft breweries, step up to the plate! Also, lets stop with the myth that Lagers are boring, they can be just as flavorful and varied as an Ale OK... soap box ended...
This was smooth, flavorful - definitely has that sake, rice wine taste with a hint of tea but it also has the grain/malt flavor I want from a lager. Went down soooo easy - I am glad that I accidentally purchased double what I thought I did. 😊

Rice and tea flavors on the backend and a crisp, wheat, and slightly sweet forefront

think about finding a small Raman shop in a backally in Tokyo, this is what it tastes like. love the smoky flavor with the sake notes and the tea is perfect! Love this beer

Very well balanced malty lager, toasty, biscuity, with well executed hint of tea. A great base beer made exceptional with the unique tea addition.

I like oolong tea and I like rice lager. This is an interesting mix of the 2.

not a big fan of lagers, but this one is nice. had a tea after taste.

sweeter than expected (more like Thai tea), but the oolong itself was weak.
