About This Beer
Basically, a Graf is a hybrid of Cider and beer. To create this one, the team at Crooked Stave joined forces with their pals and Angry Orchard. Together, they brewed a slightly tangy spontaneously fermented Ale with apple must — it’s like the best of both worlds!

Kind of tastes like a sour, kind of like a cider, a little tart.

I enjoyed it, had sweet cider-y elements but also bitter elements. Similar to an unfiltered/hazy cider

Musty, almost funky scent, with hints of cider. Light body. Mildly tart and tangy. Bone dry. Easily drinkable. Very interesting, a unique hybrid of beer and hard cider I haven’t experienced before. [Cellared since 2022]
