About This Beer
The Turning Point crew has deployed the big guns in the fight against thirst, their BA Stout Sergeant Peanut Butter!
We trust him and his malty backbone to lead us to victory. His pedigree is top-notch — spending 22 months in grape brandy barrels has given his dark base an oaky, smooth body.
Tasting Notes
Conditioned on creamy mounds of peanut butter, his rich plum, jammy fruit, and velvety vanilla notes swirl into decadently nutty, taste bud galvanizing gulps.
There aren’t many creature comforts out in the field, but a few sips with sarge and it’s like you’ve washed down a Nutter Butter with a glass of brandy! And when the going gets tough, we can always count on his tough 14.5% ABV to get going!

Too dark to call it thin, nice pour. The peanut butter really works both in smell and taste. However, the grape brandy barrels made it too sweet for me in the end.

good peanutbutter flavor, the grape brandy barrels made it sweet and strange tasting to me.
