Or, as they put it, “We love hops, but prefer not to approach beer solely through the lens of Double IPA.” Though SFY’s name pokes fun at the ubiquity of Hazys (it stands for ‘Super F****** Yawn’) the team expertly nailed the flavor nuances with their juicy take on the style.
