About This Beer
Two of the country’s most revered Stout specialists teamed up to make this beauty — Bottle Logic and Mortalis. They started with a rich, cocoay base aged in bourbon barrels. Then they roasted walnuts, almonds, pistachios, and coconuts in house and added them to this sumptuous brew.
Tasting Notes
Every swig is like an artisanal coconut haystack cluster, with nuances of dark chocolate, silky tropical flakes, and whiskey caramel brimming out of each drop. Vanilla oak tones gorgeously blend with the fruit for lush colada notes leading into a decadently nutty finish. Don’t expect to catch a glimpse of the 14.2% ABV, though.

Muddled wooden nuttiness with nothing identifiable on a sheet of cocoa, coconut. Great body density/texture to carry the bourbon through after the coconut delight introduction. For the nuts, I get almonds and walnuts meekly near the middle, finish
