Tasting Notes
All the notes of syrup-glazed chocolate cake and hints of caramel are just too memorable! Plus it all comes wrapped in a silky soft, lactose-touched body. And despite all those dessert-y ingredients, the beer isn’t nearly as sweet as expected — this is a Pastry Stout you can drink a pint of and happily come back for more!

Quite sweet with the vanilla and maple. Seemed more vanilla forward than maple to me and wished that was reversed.

Wow, the maple with a touch of lactose and maybe a hint of vanilla really add to this milk stout. Gotta agree that
a bit more vanilla would have been awesome.

Nice caramel notes with sweetness from lactose. Maple syrup undertones are subtle and not too sweet.
