To brew Shimmy Shimmy Ya, the Mikerphone crew started with a smooth, soft bodied beer then double dry hopped it with pillars of IPA craft –– Citra and Simcoe.
Tasting Notes
Nectarous currents of orange juice, drippy peach, and tangy grapefruit course through every fluffy sip. A pinch of pith and pine carries on the end in refreshing contrast to the fruity flavor.
