A Note on This Beer
Back in 2010, Drew Fox started 18th Street Brewery as a tiny operation out of his own home. Now, he runs one of the most acclaimed breweries in Indiana!
Josh Deth of Revolution Brewing can relate — what he started as a small brewpub in 2010 has grown into the largest craft brewery in Illinois and sits on a stack of local and national awards!
Now, the brewers pay tribute to their humble origins with today's stunning new collab! Just as the original West Coast IPA spurred the modern craft beer movement, Shop Talk celebrates new ideas and conversations leading to big things!
Centennial, Amarillo, Chinook, and extra-potent Simcoe Cryo Hops bring refreshing flavors of grapefruit, florals, and pine resin. The body is clean and smooth, delivering the quenching hop bitterness the style is renowned for.
Early taster @XXL L. spells it out beautifully: “Classic refreshing citrus-forward West Coast IPA…..dry, piney and just a perfect dank herb bitter finish….wow, very good!”
In fact, you might want to grab an extra can or two to share with friends. You never know what great things a little Shop Talk might lead to!
*The brewers crafted Shop Talk for Barrel & Flow fest, the nation’s first Black beer festival and USA Today’s #2 Best Beer Festival in the nation. Here you can get the brews without attending in person!
