Look alive, Lager lovers! Today we’ve got a brand new Helles to take care of all your couch-lounging, football-watching, snow shoveling-refreshment needs!

And, it’s freakin’ awesome — just ask the judges at the 2020 San Diego International Beer Competition. They awarded this Sigfrida a shiny Silver Medal just last month!

The judges aren’t the only ones stoked on this stuff — it’s got Unsung Brewing’s fans freaking out, too. Like @mtonettidesignes who says it’s “soooooo good! I love Helles and this is one of the best I’ve ever tasted!” Or @stumonchu who calls it “so f’n good there should be a law.”

Yeah, a law that every Helles has to be this good! Every crisp and refreshing sip tastes like fresh baked bread crust with a drizzle of honey. Floral notes and a bit of peppery spice from German hops rise from the malty backbone, along with just a slight hint of lemongrass. 

Every craft fan needs a few cans of really good Lager in the fridge, because what if a buddy shows up with a box of hot wings or something? And, if you’re going to stock up on Lager, you might as well make it a brand new, medal-winning brew like Sigfrida.
