About This Beer
The creative team at Hidden Springs Ale Works loaded up this bad boy with plenty of delicious sugary cereal. And since no bowl is complete without the milk, they also hit it with a dose of creamy lactose to bring the whole thing together.
Tasting Notes
Each nostalgic sip takes you back to a simpler time when all you had to worry about was waking up in time for some Saturday morning cartoons. Big fruity notes and smacks of sweetness cascade over a crackery malt base. Just the right amount of tang lifts the fruit flavor, leading to a shockingly refreshing finish.

Enjoyed this one. I liked the fact that it was fruit forward and the tartness didn’t hit until the finish.

Nice tartness, nondescript fruit forward (maybe raspberry?), a little sweet cereal at the end. Very drinkable.

I’m not sure if mine got too warm in transit, but this was just a purely sour ale with absolutely no sweetness or semblance of lactose left in it.

I appreciate that this beer isn’t too sweet or too sour but it left me wanting a bit for “cereal like” or fruity flavor. Kinda one note for
me, but still pleasant.
