About This Beer
To craft this java-junky’s dream-come-true, the beer-istas at Masthead partnered with their friends at Six Shooter Coffee to source artisanal, small-batch, locally-roasted Ethiopian Guji coffee beans.
Tasting Notes
These high-quality beans impart gorgeous café nuances. Waves of chocolatey malt crash into nutty espresso upfront, and the creamy finish gives off serious mocha vibes.

Wow! This one of the most different coffee stouts I’ve ever had, and that’s a good thing. First off, the coffee taste is subtle which is awesome. Coffee can overpower the beer. Secondly, it has more of a coffee bean taste to it - it’s like more gritty but that’s not quite right. Short answer - it’s damn good!

Good roasted malts at the outset with a coffee undertone. Not a thick brew, but well balanced.
