Everything’s better with bacon. Even beer!

Seriously — take today’s Sippin Swine Brown Ale as delicious proof! @C.G on Untappd gave it a try, and could hardly complete a sentence: “Beautiful. Breakfast in a glass. Coffee, maple, [and] bacon POPS! Wow, lovely! Saturday morning beer!”

To craft it, the creative brew geniuses at 3 Sons started with their delectable Brown Ale base, and added real additions of lux coffee, exquisite maple, and (you guessed it) heavenly bacon!

Each sip oozes with rich swirls of brown sugar and gooey caramel. A roasted malt backbone and a hint of satiny maple float to the top. The bacon brings an all-too-satisfying saltiness, balancing out the brew’s syrupy sweetness.

It tastes like devouring a pile of cinnamon-dusted pancakes between bits of crispy bacon, and my WORD, it’s delightful!

Very balanced. Simple profile for all the flavors. The coffee flavor is stronger, which is probably the reason for the lower rating

Mostly tasted like coffee. I got no bacon flavor from it. So I still don't know what bacon in a beer might taste like.

tasty English brown, can feel the maple syrup and the breakfast palate but no bacon. wondering what bacon tastes like in beer though but nonetheless still solid, very much coffee flavor

The can says to keep cold. Well cold it tastes like a thin brown ale with syrup. BUT let it warm up for 20 minutes and the flavor triples. The mouthfeel thickens. Either way the Bacon note was a miss. If you do it... DO IT

I’m sure it’s fine for a brown ale, but I specifically bought this for the maple and bacon notes, both of which are non-existent.
