About This Beer
To make this Fruited Berliner-style Weisse, the award-winning Parish crew infused a soft, wheat-filled Sour Ale with bright pineapple puree and juicy riesling grapes.
Tasting Notes
SIPS: Pineapple Riesling is ridiculously ready for a short stack or a plate of eggs benny. Like a tropical mimosa, each effervescent taste crashes in lush waves of sun-ripened sweetness and vinous white grape. Hints of pear, apple, and lemon zest round out the paradise tones, while the tangy base keeps the balance refreshing.

Bright & clean on the nose. Sweet, fruity, & bright on the palate with lots of pineapple juice front & center. Just the slightest bit of tartness coming through in the middle. Sweet, but relatively clean finish.
