About This Beer
Just like the members of your favorite rock band, each sublime Barrel Aged Stout in this blend works in tandem to create a symphony of delicious flavor! One aged for 35 Months in a Weller Special Reserve Wheated bourbon barrel, another spent 28 Months in a George Dickel Whiskey Barrel before transferring to an Angel's Envy Bourbon Barrel 28 months, and the final component is an Imperial Rye Stout Aged for 43 Months in a Willett Rye whiskey barrel.
Tasting Notes
This version hasn’t been released yet, but we’re expecting a fudgy sip that packs BIG TIME cask character. Notes of whiskey caramel, tannic oak, and ribbons of dark fruit should play beautifully against milk chocolate and vanilla nuances. All while a roasty malts hold the sip together.
