Nose is tons of strawberry and vanilla. You can smell how tart this is going to be. Flavor starts with strawberry and fades into vanilla and then the tart comes in and stomps over everything. I was hoping this was going to be a mellow sour

Sweet, complex and tart

This was an average lambic. Was hoping for a bigger fruit flavor but sadly let down.
