For this entry in the Sorbetto series, the Ever Grain crew loaded a tangy base with raspberries, boysenberries, whipped cream, chocolate, vanilla, and lactose for a Sour you’ll fall head-over-heels for!
Tasting Notes
Bright berries burst out of every thick sip, with hints of silky cream underneath. A hint of cocoa carries on the end, wrapping it all in a confectionary embrace and completely masking the ABV.

nice berry jam with some whip and chocolate, wished it was a little sweeter, but still solid.

It’s a solid sour, the lactose cuts the sour at the finish. Towards the end of the glass lactose pervades
the entire palate.

Super fruity and tart. Not really getting any chocolate or cream to it. Very smooth and think though. my wife thought I just made a fruit smoothie.
