Hazeheads on UT are losing their marbles over today’s 4.40 rated Southern Nights & Northern Lights Triple IPA. 

Frankly, we’re pretty stoked about it, too! The brewers at BlackStack — one of Hop Culture’s Hidden Gem Breweries of 2020 — stuffed this OJ-like quencher with “irresponsible amounts” of hand-selected Simcoe, Simcoe Cyro, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Strata, and experimental HBC 586. 

The result is beyond juicy. 

With each soft swig, swells of ripe mango mingle with tangy blasts of pineapple flavor. On the finish, a hint of grapefruit pith tingles the tastebuds, alongside a refreshing bite of pine bitterness. 

Now, the 10.4% ABV? Hardly distinguishable behind all that hopjuice!

Needless to say, this brew is one to savor on a Friday afternoon, legs propped up on a lawn chair, celebrating the start of the weekend! Because, you don’t pair BlackStack TIPAs with to-do lists. You pair them with craft-drinkin’ company and a good time.
