About This Beer
The craft experts at Moonraker Brewing cold fermented today’s IPA with Lager yeast, then double dry hopped it with heaping helpings of Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Nelson Sauvin, and Citra Hops, so every sip is both absurdly juicy and ultra refreshing.
Tasting Notes
Notes of guava, passionfruit, and candied orange peel burst onto the palate like a fruit-powered rocket ship on a collision course with your tastebuds. Hints of grassy resin bring up the rear, adding a quaffable balance.

starts off like a juicy, citrusy IPA then finishes crisp and clean that’s makes it extremely crushable. one of the best cold IPAs I’ve had

Dessert run edition. Still figuring out cold IPA’s. Strike me as a brut fad, but we’ll see. All the hops layer in, but grassy earthiness reigns. Sweet orange hits a bit before the dry finish.

Deep, resiny aromas. Big, punchy, hoppy flavors with a simultaneously dank & bright finish. More boozy tasting then expected, but in a good way.
