By merging the pepperiness of a Belgian Strong Ale with the spice of rum, this special version of an infamous World Beer Cup winning brew from Brouwerij Van Steenberg hits on a stroke of genius.

It glitters yellow gold of freshly looted treasure. The aromas of fresh pearls of european barley and honeysuckle-like hops roll in on the tradewinds, held aloft by a dry woodiness. Coriander spice notes of proprietary yeast fit right into the cinnamon-like spice of the rum. Rum-torched bananas and honeycrisp apples emerge with flickers of light brown sugar from the barrels.
