About This Beer

Ever tasted a Roggenbier before? It’s essentially a German Dunkel made with rye, but this old-world styles rarely get the attention it deserves.  


Tasting Notes

They crafted Specks of Sand using 19th-century stone boiling techniques and heritage seashore black rye, imparting fresh baked pumpernickel tones into the crisp body. Ripples of light caramel flow underneath, leading the palate to a kiss of rye spice on the finish.
