About This Beer
The GABF-winning Colorado Stout savants began with a silky, lactose-infused base. Then they filled it with speculoos cookies, cookie butter, and vanilla for a taste that’s even better than dipping a Biscoff into a mug of hot cocoa.
Tasting Notes
Hints of toasty graham and earthy cinnamon beautifully accent the chocolatey malts. Meanwhile, sweet caramel nuances flow throughout each smooth sip. As it warms, more bakery notes bloom, inviting quiet contemplation.

doesn't taste anything like a speculoos cookie - if they'd called it a gingerbread stout, I'd have given it a 4, but it's so off base from what I expected a speculoos cookie beer to taste like.

alright. nice flavor, cinnamon, not too sweet, not very thick either. sounded better than it actually tasted though.

I wouldn’t say speculoos cookie.. it’s a sweet-ish stout. it’s nice but meh

not as sweet as anticipated and I don't get much flavor overall

Weldwerks 👀. News edition. This has a big hit of cinnamon on sweet cookie. Some graham crackery goodness emerges with warmth, but cinnamon reigns throughout.

I had high hopes for this one. Weldwerks is an incredible brewery, unfortunately it tasted like every other stout. It wasn’t a bad beer by any means, just ordinary.
