nspired by the refreshing Spanish drink, the crew loaded up this Imperial Stout with Mexican coffee, Ceylon cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla, milk sugar, and rice.
Tasting Notes
The coffee plays beautifully against the chocolate malts to conjure notes of cinnamon-dusted mocha. Dulce de leche undertones ripple beneath the surface, accentuating a gentle sweet-rice flavor. All while keeping the 12% ABV absurdly smooth!
