About This Beer
Last year, the FiftyFifty crew teamed up with Old Trestle Distillery to craft a whiskey distilled from a blend of Eclipse Stouts, each aged in oak for two to three years. That whiskey was then finished in seasoned Eclipse barrels. And it was those exact barrels that FiftyFifty used to age today’s stunning Stout!
Tasting Notes
Every silky-smooth quaff blossoms with intricate layers of dark chocolate, coffee, and oaky caramel. Velvety mocha nuances lead, swirling with creme brûlée tones before a rush of woody spice on the finish.
